This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and expand your career as a Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and develop strategies to acquire new vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sale conversions/Onboarding of new vendors: Lead team to attain and exceed sales targets for acquiring new vendors, focusing on acquiring key accounts/local heroes.
  • Incubation of new vendors: Ensure smooth onboarding experience and performance of new vendors, adhering to operational KPIs (orders, RPO, ratings, fail rate, offline hours, DLP/DLDs).
  • Sales Strategy/Enablement: Drive and monitor team sales activity, ensuring necessary activity to sustain continuous pipeline of prospects and sales flow.
  • Inventory Mapping: Enhance market penetration through inventory mapping of each vertical city-wise.
  • Zonal area extension/expansion: Identify new partnership opportunities and improve inventory in new and existing regions.

Qualification Requirements

We seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG/Sales.
  • Successful track record of negotiations, influence, and relationship management (internal and external).
  • Strong P&L understanding.
  • Autonomy and ability to work in demanding environments, with strong detail and organizational skills.
  • Contribution to team performance and culture.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ownership and growth mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, BITools & G-suite.
