Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid search efforts and drive successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor pay-per-click advertising campaigns
  • Create engaging ad copies and captions aligned with current trends and client business goals
  • Client communication, account management, and relationship building
  • Setup and management of clients' campaigns for optimal performance
  • Presentation of campaign performance and consultation with clients via video calls
  • Forecasting potential delivery and ROI for existing clients
  • Data collection, report generation, and leading performance data analysis
  • Providing insightful client reports with actionable recommendations based on KPIs
  • Integration of analytics with client websites
  • Defining and implementing goal tracking
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing content effectiveness
  • Timely response to client briefs and emails
  • Campaign testing and optimization for achieving KPIs and targets
  • Analyzing trends in results data to maximize return on investment
  • Evaluating campaign performance and recommending improvements for traffic and ROI
  • Conducting client, market, and competitor research and analysis
  • Budget pacing, audience analysis, and optimization
  • Search query analysis and ad group expansion
  • Building and optimizing search and shopping campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
  • Challenging and interrogating client briefs to ensure high-quality work
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry advances and tools to enhance paid search channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or equivalent
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Yahoo)
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends)
