About the Role

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead our digital growth efforts. This role goes beyond traditional SEO — you'll play a key part in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Perform deep keyword research and manage on-page SEO across websites and landing pages

Conduct SEO audits and implement action plans for improved rankings

Develop and execute link-building strategies aligned with industry best practices

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to track and optimize performance

Support paid ad campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), retargeting, and performance tracking

Collaborate with design and content teams to align SEO and marketing goals

Suggest and implement conversion-focused improvements to our digital presence

What You Should Bring

Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

Strong understanding of technical SEO and performance metrics

Experience managing digital campaigns across search and social platforms

Familiarity with CRM or SaaS environments is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
