Job Title: Executive Assistant

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives. Ensure optimal use of their time by managing and prioritizing calendars.

Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records with discretion.

Act as a liaison between executives and staff, clients, and other partners.

Provide general administrative support such as filing and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role

  • Proven experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the capability to liaise effectively with executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
