About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward and Compensation Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation, benefits, and performance-based reward strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Policy Design: Develop, review, and implement inclusive and modern People & Culture policies that align with business strategies.
- HR Technology Implementation: Work closely with IT and ERP teams to optimize and deploy HR systems that improve efficiency.
- Organizational Design: Assist in workforce planning, job architecture, and role mapping to establish scalable organizational structures.
- Rewards and Compensation: Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance-based reward strategies.
- Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations that translate complex HR data into actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master's degree preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, specializing in policy design, organizational development, and rewards.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design principles, and compensation strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, HR technology platforms, and Google Suite.
- Behavioral strengths in Strategic Planning, Results Orientation, and Effective Communication.
