About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take lead on challenging projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in software development
  • At least 3 years experience developing compliance solutions for financial institutions
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, React, and Nodejs
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations within the financial sector (e.g., KYC, AML)
  • Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
