Our organization is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the quality of healthcare services provided to patients. This position involves conducting thorough audits of clinical documentation, assigning ICD-10 codes, and communicating with clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assign relevant ICD-10 codes to patient records based on clinical documentation, utilizing analytical skills.
  • Engage in effective communication with US-based clinicians to discuss patient cases, documentation improvements, and medical histories.
  • Transcribe clinical notes for busy clinicians, demonstrating strong typing and organizational abilities.
  • Perform quarterly clinical documentation audits, preparing detailed reports on outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills in quality assurance and healthcare regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completion of an MBBS or DPT degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent spoken English proficiency, enabling effective communication.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsing capabilities.
