We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and identifying sales opportunities to promote our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and make informed recommendations.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.

Sales Opportunities:

  • Identify and act on sales opportunities during customer interactions, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Promote and upsell products/services based on customer requirements and preferences.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads and prospects.

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, terms, and product availability to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is an asset.

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
