
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. You will also be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as communicate with customers through various mediums.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers through various mediums
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours: Night Shift – 20:00hrs to 04:00hrs, Weekends off
