Are you a skilled content writer looking for a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Technical Content Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that will help our users understand and use our product effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will also need to have a solid understanding of APIs and SDKs, as well as knowledge of how to format articles for the web. Additionally, proficiency in using content creation software like MS Word or Google Docs is a must.

As a Technical Content Writer, you will be working closely with our engineers, product marketing, and design teams to create resources that not only document what our product does but also accelerate our users from basic to advanced levels. This includes planning and creating engaging and user-friendly documentation, such as user guides, tutorials, integration guides, and in-product documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience producing technical content for user consumption.
  • Knowledge of SEO and best marketing practices.
  • Experience using Git and any content management system.
  • Ability to write clearly with an obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy.
