Job Title: Technical IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex network, software, and hardware issues.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Perfect spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and DNS.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress.
  • Experience with ASP . net, JavaScript/VBScript, and web server configurations (Windows and Linux).
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment.
