
Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Revenue Accelerator to drive our growth and revenue efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives signups, reduces churn, and increases MRR growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Demand Generation
- Developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth.
- Developing high-impact acquisition strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, growth experiments, automation, and funnel analytics.
- Revenue & Performance Optimization
- Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance using key SaaS growth metrics: CAC, LTV, Churn Rate & Retention, Conversion Rates & ROAS.
- Implementing data-driven campaigns that align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Growth & Revenue Focus: Proven track record of scaling MRR, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills with ability to measure, iterate, and optimize based on real metrics.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and standing out in a crowded market.
- Leadership & Execution: Ability to set strategy and execute, leading a team while staying deeply involved in driving results.
