Project Manager for Large-Scale Enterprise Software Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of our technology solutions. The selected candidate will join our Services Delivery Organization to lead a range of enterprise software implementations and projects across global customer bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Champion and promote innovative methodologies to drive state-of-the-art technology solutions for Sales Transformation and other key projects. Provide strategic direction for project delivery and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Lead globally distributed teams & take end to end ownership of any critical issues.
  • Take ownership of the management of projects financials (forecasts, P&L).
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs. Lead functional workshops, define solution blueprints, and support the implementation and deployment phases.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Lead project activities, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk management, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Ensure project resources are effectively utilized and their time is supervised in line with the budget.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design high-quality, scalable, and secure end-to-end solutions. Conduct gap analysis to address discrepancies between project requirements and solutions.
  • Documentation and Handover: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including functional blueprints and user stories. Manage the transition of projects to Application Maintenance & Support teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including business analysts and software engineers. Foster a collaborative team environment.
