Job Description

The Performance Marketing and PPC Specialist role is perfect for data-driven marketers who thrive on optimizing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Launch and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive qualified leads, monitor performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting, keywords, and ads for maximum ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively and forecast ad spend to align with client goals.
Tracking & Analytics

Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.

  • Integrate and manage call-tracking platforms.

Provide clear, actionable performance reports and insights to guide future strategies.

Performance Analysis & Strategy

Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, making recommendations for optimization.

Ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators.

Cross-Channel Growth

Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to diversify traffic sources.

  • Collaborate on landing page audits and conversion rate optimization improvements.

Contribute insights on SEO fundamentals, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Search.
  • Expert-level proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience implementing and integrating call-tracking platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
