Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to be the technical expert responsible for ensuring our users maximize Hightouch's AI-powered data platform.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical support via various channels, including Intercom, Slack, email, and calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Engineers, and Product Teams, to deliver exceptional service and drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Support, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with a willingness to continuously develop and improve skills.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
