  • Counsel clients on matters related to business law, contracts, and negotiations.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • LLB or LLM degree required; minimum two years of experience in corporate law preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of case management software and experience with electronic filing systems is beneficial.
