Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company.

The role involves assisting in legal matters, drafting responses to queries, preparing reports and correspondence, and representing the company in judicial proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in legal matters and advisory roles in respect of civil, criminal, tax, procurement, service and competition laws.
  • Preparing draft responses to queries raised by relevant departments, regulatory bodies, customers and company management.
  • Assist in drafting, preparing reports, correspondence, articles, and other legal documents.
  • Preparing summaries of complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting alterations to those documents.
  • Represent the Company in Judicial/Quasi-Judicial and Regulatory Proceedings, including PPRA and Wafaqi Mohtasib.
  • Liaise with regions within the franchise area of Sindh.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, ensuring that due diligence and various laws surrounding business deals are complied with while constructing the contracts, keeping Company's stake.
  • Representing the Company before administrative boards and court trials.
  • Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations.

Requirements:

Law Graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 year Bar Enrollment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
