Media Marketing Specialist

The Media Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both Amazon and Walmart customer experiences. This includes advertising, creative, and catalog efforts.

This position leads search and display marketing for Walmart.com, taking ownership of the execution, performance, and growth of paid search campaigns and display ads. It partners with the Account Executive and Marketing Coordinator on strategy, leveraging expertise to drive performance.

In addition to Walmart Ads, this role supports both Amazon and Walmart teams on catalog, brand store, and creative execution. Onboarding and optimization of these levers enhance customer experience on site and drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage enterprise-level paid search campaigns, including setup, daily optimizations, ongoing performance analysis, and strategic directions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to guide future strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and provide regular updates on campaigns' performance to management and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate all campaigns for accuracy and deliver on objectives.
Catalog Experience:
  • Refresh seasonal imagery and products in the Amazon & Walmart Brand stores.
  • Add product images, lifestyle images, video, and A+ content to product detail pages.
  • Support seasonal product setup for both Amazon and Walmart.
  • Maintain catalogs by conducting audits, optimizing keywords, and suggesting conversion-driving creative assets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • An advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing and executing programmatic strategies that align with brand objectives, drive performance, and deliver clear results.
  • The ability to clearly articulate insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams.
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly in campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
