Role Overview: The Content & Digital Marketing Manager will craft and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience, creating compelling content across various formats to build awareness, engage potential clients, and effectively communicate our value proposition. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Content Leadership:
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with overall marketing, sales, and branding goals.
    3. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer challenges, ensuring our content remains relevant and competitive.
  2. Content Creation:
    1. Produce a diverse array of content formats including blog posts, short-form reels, downloadable resources, videos, and social media posts.
    2. Ensure content is original and not solely generated by AI.
    3. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging visuals and multimedia assets.
    4. Maintain brand consistency across all content in tone, style, and messaging.
    5. Post content on relevant platforms.
  3. Editorial and SEO Management:
    1. Manage the content calendar to ensure regular publication across all platforms.
    2. Edit and proofread content to uphold the highest standards of quality and clarity.
    3. Optimize all content for SEO and user engagement in collaboration with the SEO Specialist.
  4. Audience Engagement and Analysis:
    1. Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior to refine content strategies.
    2. Continuously test and improve content based on performance data.
    3. Engage with our community through social media comments, forums, and responses to foster relationships and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or customer support industries.
  • Strong grasp of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in content management systems like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience creating targeted content for the B2B SaaS and tech sectors.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk.
