Enhance Audit Quality

Summary:

The Enhance Audit Quality program leads the review and support of audit practices to ensure compliance with professional standards, providing guidance and resources to improve quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct reviews of firms and engagements to ensure adherence to Professional Standards.
  2. Prepare review reports and assist in preparing committee agendas and minutes.
  3. Perform reviews of financial statements and other assigned tasks.
Essential Qualifications
  1. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) with training experience from an audit firm.
  2. Familiarity with International Standards on Auditing, International Financial Reporting Standards, and Corporate Laws.
Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality audit services by conducting regular reviews of their practices. This includes analyzing their work processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance their performance.

You will also be required to prepare comprehensive reports detailing the findings of your reviews, as well as assisting in the preparation of agendas and minutes for various committees. Additionally, you may be asked to perform reviews of financial statements or other assigned tasks to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You should also be able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
