Head Alumni Relations
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our alumni relations efforts. As the head of this department, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our global alumni network.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of alumni, ensuring regular communication through various channels.
- Manage the Alumni App to guarantee seamless operation and continuous development.
- Create and manage national/international alumni chapters via digital platforms, providing opportunities for networking, socializing, and assistance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee alumni communications, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement strategies to leverage our networks effectively.
- Sponsor student mentoring, internships, fundraising, and career opportunities by leveraging alumni networks.
- Plan and execute high-impact alumni events, such as reunions, speaker series, networking meetups, and homecomings.
- Maintain engagement success metrics to inform strategic decisions.
About You:
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles, managing teams and programs.
- Proven track record of exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to relate to diverse populations.
- Experience working with alumni advisory boards or volunteer management.
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of data analytics in engagement strategies.
