Strategic Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Director to lead our communications function in the Great Middle East region.

This role involves overseeing communications activities across internal communications, reputation management, public relations, and marketing communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic internal and external communications to support the markets in the region, including Arabia, Pakistan, and Central Eurasia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, with experience managing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders. They will also possess excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in English and local language, as well as proficiency in digital tools, including AI and Power BI, with basic marketing automation knowledge.

About the Role
  • Oversee communications activities across internal communications, reputation management, public relations, and marketing communications.
  • Lead annual planning, integrating input from business strategy, marketing, sustainability, and corporate affairs, aligned with global strategies.
  • Implement the communications plan, ensuring quality and KPI achievement.
  • Protect and strengthen the company's reputation through proactive PR and crisis management.
  • Provide timely communication counsel to senior management.
  • Contribute to the global communications leadership team.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field; MBA preferred, with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders.
  • Open to change, results-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including AI and Power BI, with basic marketing automation knowledge.
