Gerry's Visa Application Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead its visa department in Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5 to 6 years of experience in well-reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating with all departments of the Visa Application Center to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Dealing with applicants' queries or complaints and providing timely responses.
  3. Ensuring compliance with prescribed systems as per SLAs.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  1. Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  2. Strong MS Office skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  3. Pleasant personality to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
  4. Islamabad resident to ensure ease of travel and communication.
  5. Past experience in team management to lead the VAC team effectively.
  6. Ability to ensure timely reporting and updating to the line manager.
