Area Coordinator: A Key Position in SAM Recovery Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of Area Coordinator in our Strategic Asset Management (SAM) recovery team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing policies, strategies, and plans for recovering stuck-up loans portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policies and Strategies Implementation: Assist the Head Business in preparing and implementing SAM policies, strategies, and plans for the recovery of stuck-up loans portfolios.
- Recovery Team Management: Acquire, develop, and retain a high-performing Recovery Team for handling the SAM portfolio.
- Target Assignment and Monitoring: Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at the Branch/Area level, ensuring timely achievement of assigned targets.
- Review and Approval Process: Review Rescheduling/Restructuring/Settlement and Waiver proposals, arranging necessary approvals from management.
- Negotiation Support: Guide and support the team in negotiations with borrowers, providing technical assistance to devise settlement ways and solve loan-related problems.
- Legal Case Monitoring: Monitor legal cases, identifying opportunities for settlement and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Communication and Liaison: Maintain close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers to ensure seamless completion of SAM tasks.
- Data and Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and complete data and records of SAM portfolios and legal suites.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the SAM & Legal Unit, identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely generation and submission of error-free reports to relevant offices, adhering to all regulations, rules, policies, and SOPs.

- Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.
