Area Portfolio Specialist

This is a critical position responsible for leading the recovery efforts of stuck-up loans portfolio.

1. Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective strategies for recovering stuck-up loans portfolio.
2. Team Management: Oversee, acquire, develop, and retain a high-performing Recovery Team responsible for handling SAM portfolio at the branch and area level.
3. Target Setting and Monitoring: Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at the branch/area level to ensure timely achievement of set goals.
4. Performance Evaluation: Ensure that all targets assigned by management are met, and overall performance of the Recovery Team is regularly evaluated.
5. Proposal Review: Review and arrange approvals for Rescheduling / Restructuring / Settlement proposals submitted by the Recovery Team.
6. Negotiation Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members during negotiations with borrowers to devise settlement ways.
7. Cases Monitoring: Monitor legal cases and explore settlement options to minimize potential risks.
8. Liaison and Communication: Maintain close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers to ensure completion of tasks within set deadlines.
9. Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete records of SAM portfolio and legal suites.
10. Reporting: Prepare and share effective reports related to SAM portfolio and legal cases with management.
