Job Description

Golpik Inc is urgently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager at its head office located in Shahra e Faisal, Karachi.

The incumbent plays a crucial role in developing and improving Agile practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for assigned projects and oversees them from initiation to close down.
  • Is responsible for helping the team adopt best practices and promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Helps build an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is prioritized and everyone's common goal is to deliver exceptional software quickly to customers.
  • Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to provide timely and accurate status information.
  • Coordinates project planning, execution, timing, quality, and costs.
  • Maintains regular oversight of projects, evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution processes to ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Can guide on application development processes.
Job Specification

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management or as a project lead.
  • Application development background is required.
  • Knowledge of IT process management, design, and implementation is necessary.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing projects.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual attendance is essential.
