Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

About the Role

The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing clients to gather project requirements and translating them into detailed project plans.
  • Designing innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging extensive knowledge of Client/Server-end applications, Java, Java Beans, CORBA, Oracle, MS SQL, and mySQL.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure technical compatibility and their satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Client/Server-end applications, Java, Java Beans, CORBA, Oracle, MS SQL, and mySQL.
