Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization.

  • Liaising with administrative teams and ensuring seamless communication within the team.
  • Preparation and submission of comprehensive reports to senior management, encompassing financials, staff performance, service development, and annual reviews.
  • Presentation of key findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Serving as a liaison between the CEO and the administrative team.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating daily reports, coordinating with clients, and providing technical support as needed.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
