Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets. You will also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with the capability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives, ensuring maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the Islamabad region.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to forecast sales projections and develop effective sales plans and budgets for the Islamabad region.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, including establishing partnerships, expanding client base, and exploring untapped market segments.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date on New Technologies and Products: Continuously update your knowledge of new technologies and products to effectively communicate value to clients and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates: We welcome fresh graduates with no specific experience required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to negotiate and persuade clients and team members.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
