**Sales Growth Specialist**: Unlock Your Potential in a High-Energy Environment

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our client base. As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be trained extensively on our services, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies. No prior qualifications are required—what matters most is your grit, wit, and excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients in target markets (primarily international).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Understand and articulate our logistics services effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into closed deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – Must.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, emails).
  • Prior sales/cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory (extensive training will be provided).
