Senior Public Relations Manager

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's relationship with the public, stakeholders, and the media.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multimedia campaigns to raise public awareness about organizational services and initiatives.
- Manage outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders and target audiences.
- Provide communication and media training to employees to prepare them for media interactions and interviews.
- Facilitate public consultations, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable feedback on policies and projects.
- Collaborate with community groups, NGOs, government agencies, and media personnel to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.
- Manage digital platforms, including social media, to foster public interaction and maintain a positive online presence.
- Draft press releases, manage media relations, and act as spokesperson, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the public.
- Monitor and assess the impact of public engagement efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
