We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in delivering cutting-edge web-based projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and maintainable solutions that meet both technical requirements and business objectives.
About the Role:- The Senior Software Engineer will oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones and ensure timely delivery while managing risks and dependencies.
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java and other relevant technologies.
- Lead the creation of technical design documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with architectural standards.
- Review and contribute to design and architecture documents, providing feedback to ensure quality, maintainability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning among team members.
- Resolving technical challenges and addressing issues that arise during the development process, leveraging their expertise to find effective solutions and keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
- 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining web applications.
- 8+ years of experience with Java.
- 8+ years of experience with relational databases.
- 8+ years of experience with testing web applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience with JSON, XML, XSD, and XSL.
- 8+ years of experience with developing and maintaining REST based APIs.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with git.
