Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to drive sales process optimization, oversee inventory reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, preferably in the consumer electronics industry, and excellent analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales and operational data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate warehouse utilization to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Generate consolidated inventory reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze delivery and transportation costs to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor branch accounts receivables and overdrafts for financial oversight.
  • Track branch-wise sales targets to assess performance.
  • Develop KPI reports for the sales team to measure effectiveness.
  • Implement new reporting requirements to improve operational insights.
  • Oversee a LIVE dashboard for real-time sales and inventory tracking.
Requirements
  • MBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales and operational data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About This Role
