Job Summary

About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating with end users, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate with end users, consultants, and contractors to facilitate construction works.
  • Project Planning: Prepare site assessment reports, design BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and estimates for projects including MEP & Civil.
  • Tender Preparation: Gather data from the site to prepare tender documents for active and new projects.
  • Contractor Management: Verify contractors'/consultants' invoices and variations.
  • Construction Supervision: Supervise construction activities on-site according to specifications in drawings & BOQ.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all engineering activities.
  • Progress Measurement: Measure and value actual work done on-site against WO/BOQ.
  • Material Quality Control: Check and test construction materials as per specifications.
  • Contractor Guidance: Assist and guide contractors regarding work plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure smooth operations.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Facility Management, Supply Chain, HK, Security, and Safety teams for project implementation.
  • Proficiency Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, including certification.
  • Task Assignment: Perform all tasks assigned by the AM Maintenance.
  • Issue Identification: Monitor project progress and highlight issues that may impact timelines.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure safety precautions are in place and quality standards are maintained during the project.
