Job Summary:
The successful U.S. Marketing & Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments for agents.
- Providing administrative assistance, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Creating and posting advertisements for properties on various online platforms.
- Designing marketing materials for mail-outs and distributions.
- Maintaining and updating our company website and social media pages.
- Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and online advertising platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
- Fluency in English for daily communication with U.S. management and clients.
- Familiarity with real estate administration is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely during specified hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in U.S. administrative support, marketing, or real estate.
