About the Position
We seek a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to oversee and manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This role involves developing and implementing efficient processes for vendor payment deposits, including reviewing invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems, preferably with Odoo. They should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Responsibilities include analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
Additional requirements include experience with financial software, strong analytical skills, and ability to work accurately under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, ethics, and professionalism in managing confidential financial information.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; Location: Onsite; Job type: Full-time; Seniority level: Mid-Senior level; Job function: Finance and Sales/Retail.
