
Strategic Account Manager

This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. They will also ensure consistent high-level service delivery and client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage large strategic accounts and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms with clients.
- Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing large or key accounts, preferably in finance or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
