Promoting Industry Growth through Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary point of contact for member companies, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance industry engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversight of member onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies to ensure sustained participation and increased satisfaction.
  • Establish high-level relationships with members, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive meaningful collaborations and partnerships.
  • Provide strategic guidance to members, offering business development support, market intelligence, and resources to enhance growth.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to develop content and messaging that promotes initiatives and highlights member interests.
  • Alignment of advocacy efforts with industry needs and priorities through coordination with policy and government relations teams.
  • Coordination with the skills development team to provide feedback on training programs, ensuring they align with market demands.
  • Development of strategies to expand membership, increasing engagement in key provincial markets, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to create programs and initiatives addressing member needs and enhancing industry visibility.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of industry partnerships and engagement activities, providing regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements for success include 8-10 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or a relevant field, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
