Job Description

The role of Senior Executive, Account Management at Delivery Hero involves cultivating strategic partnerships with existing customers to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and recurring clients to enhance their business potential.
  • Ensure timely support for corporate customers on invoicing, operations, and order-related inquiries.
  • Cross-sell foodpanda offerings, gift cards, allowances, and panda pro to existing customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on customer projects, including marketing and retention campaign development.
  • Implement new business strategies to expand the existing customer base and secure targets.
  • Provide quality follow-up on customer inquiries, pre-sales to post-sales service, and technical support to maintain relationships.
  • Generate innovative ideas and implement tactics for account growth.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client/account management, preferably in B2B account management.
  • Excellent analytical and presentational skills.
  • Experience managing large account portfolios and strong analytical skills.
  • Good command of English and negotiation skills.
