Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to develop, implement, and maintain a robust risk management framework across IT and operational departments. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to information security, compliance, and technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Framework Development: Establish an enterprise-wide risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and standards for managing risks.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks, evaluate their likelihood and impact, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  3. Information Security: Develop and implement effective information security controls to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and other security incidents.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that all IT and operational activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Risk Communication and Reporting: Provide regular risk reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external auditors.
  6. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage a team of risk professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the successful implementation of risk management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in risk management, information security, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and assess complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team of risk professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including ISO 27001.
