**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and policies integrating financial and sustainability perspectives, aligning with ISSB IFRS S1 and S2 requirements.
  • Implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and associated guidelines, providing necessary assistance to risk owners throughout their risk management processes.
  • Identify and monitor strategic, operational, financial, and project-related risks to the company, quantifying potential impact on business objectives.
  • Establish a mechanism for timely updates of risk registers by risk owners, including development and tracking of effective risk mitigation plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and identify key ESG risks and opportunities for the organization.
  • Oversee and support sustainability activities, including gathering ESG/SDG information and assisting relevant business functions in setting their ESG goals and KPIs.
  • Aid in developing a reliable and robust Compliance Monitoring System to implement best governance practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective implementation of compliance mechanisms throughout the organization.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing compliance policies and updating related procedures for approval.
  • Coordinate with interdepartmental teams on value-added initiatives, such as system improvements, investigations, and optimization studies.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Up to 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years of Risk/Compliance/Finance related experience.
  • Oil and Gas industry experience is an added advantage.
