Marketing Campaign Director

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to lead the execution of our promotional and marketing initiatives. As the central hub for all our marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for turning strategic ideas into successful, multi-channel campaigns.

This role requires a strong background in planning, executing, and managing promotional campaigns from start to finish.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets are created on time and aligned with goals. Developing and managing a detailed promotional calendar is essential to meet deadlines and inform stakeholders.

Monitoring campaign performance and tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost are also crucial aspects of this role.

Preparing post-campaign analysis reports to inform future marketing strategies is vital to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets are created on time and aligned with goals.
  • Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar to meet deadlines and inform stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign management role.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with a positive ROI.
  • Hard skills: data analysis, digital marketing knowledge, and e-commerce platform familiarity.
  • Soft skills: exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, leadership and proactivity, and a creative and strategic mindset.
