Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360 to meet content and learner needs.
  • Create graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement and enhance the learning experience.
  • Optimize course frameworks to ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content to meet business goals.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials that transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes and ensure ROI.
  • Incorporate interactive elements to drive learner participation and engagement.
  • Continuously update and optimize content for improved learner engagement and business results.
Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years in instructional design and e-learning development, with expertise in Articulate Rise360 and Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory, with ability to apply these principles to craft effective learning materials.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Self-starter with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a learner-first approach, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
