We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to manage our YouTube channels and drive growth through effective content programming, optimization, and analysis.

Job Requirements
  1. Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with channel and audience needs, ensuring high-quality video content meets brand strategies.
  2. Optimization & SEO: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates and search engine optimization (SEO).
  3. Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  5. Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies.

  1. Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  2. Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and relevant tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets.

  5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.
