Project Manager Job Details

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our web development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Develop project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.

Skill Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies and tools.
