Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Executive with expertise in the USA market to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating effectively with decision-makers, including C-level executives, and possess a deep understanding of the USA business landscape.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach in the USA market.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms to source and validate leads.
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to engage with prospects.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies to move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration.
Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target customer profiles in the USA.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Relationship Building:
  • Foster strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Reporting & KPIs:
  • Track and report lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Regularly update CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and sales targeting the USA market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a near-native USA accent. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong knowledge of the USA business culture, market dynamics, and industries. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is also required.
