About the Role

  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and efficient financial management.
  2. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions.
  3. Responsibilities include developing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures that align with company standards.
  4. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all financial obligations are met promptly.
  5. The selected individual will manage tax-related processes and provide support for AM taxation.
  6. Key responsibilities include tracking financial expenditures, maintaining a database, and providing regular reports.
  7. This position involves overseeing payment transactions, monitoring transaction status, and standardizing procedures for maximum efficiency.
  8. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, responding to customer queries accurately and efficiently.
  9. Minimizing payable aging through improved systems and adherence to policies is crucial.
  10. This role also involves resolving billing disputes and ensuring timely submission of bills.
  11. The candidate should be able to provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
