You will evaluate potential risks and opportunities, initiating necessary actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare and settle claims related to contract variations and disputes. Pre-qualification and selection of sub-contractors are also key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake contract administration for infrastructure/Civil projects
- Prepare, develop, and administer contracts
- Negotiate contract exceptions and commercial terms & conditions
- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities
- Initiate necessary actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Prepare and settle claims
- Select and pre-qualify sub-contractors
- BE-Civil degree with 5-7 years of experience or Chartered Quantity Surveyor from Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors England with 7-10 years experience
- Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts as applicable to civil engineering/EPC contracts
