Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our administrative procedures and systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to devise ways to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing administrative tasks and personnel.
  • Recruit and train a high-performing team, allocating responsibilities and office space to maximize productivity.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure the seamless flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities to maintain optimal supplies and materials.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring to inform financial decisions.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and trades-persons to ensure operational excellence.
  • Organize and supervise various office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
  • Maintain awareness of organizational changes and business developments to stay ahead of the curve.
