We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence unit, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across customer touchpoints.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field from a reputable institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role with hands-on SQL.
  • Expertise in MS Excel is a must.
  • Python knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
